Terrance-- Unfortunately, they usually don't allow flash. The players say that it is distracting, unlike the 6,000 people behind the hoop waving their rally sticks. The guys from SI are allowed to use strobes and that is why they really have well lighted pictures. Thanks for the comment.

outside of espn, i haven't seen shots like this. certainly not in the community newpapers, or the san diego union, maybe the la times occasionally. keep posting these and some wise sage of a photo editor on a major daily is gonna snap you up.

Paul, I got the opportunity to shoot a Lakers/Grizzlies exhibition game in Arkansas then a regular-season game at Memphis. Shooting professional basketball is a lot of fun. Great shot!
