Another very original shot Khoi which I really like. The camera has really caught the filaments well in the light. I think the excellent focus and defocused background really make this shot. Composition and colour are excellent.

Wow - bright and beautiful photo, Khoi! So optimistic! I really like the way the light shines off the milkweed's delicate threads, putting it in even greater contrast to the barshness of the barbed seed casing. Nice shot!

Khoi; this is really nice-- Milkweed from the mid-west. Nice title and beautiful capture. I remember this from growing up on a farm in North Dakota. You've captured those very fine silky seed pods very well.

I've been revisiting your portfolio after an interval, and really enjoying it. I see an irony in this beautiful photo. There are the seeds of life, ready to be bourne on the wind to wherever they may take root, and in the background barbed wire that say "you shall not pass." Nature's is the better way...

Great detail Khoi, quite delicate indeed! And nope, I kid you not, 3am was the wake-up call, got there at 4:15am, set-up, then waited till about quarter past 5 for the sun to awaken from his slumber  we had a great time :)
