Somebody would say that the horizon in the middle could mislead a natural reading of the picture. IMHO it doesn't bother much. What disturb me a little are the lamps and their reflections (almost white and small).
Possibly I'd use more of the curved bank pon the left.
Anyway is a gooood picture, of course.
