I would say overexposed. Nice though. Is it dead?

There is some grain on the image... did you boost the light in a photo editing program and that's why you got the grain? Or do long lenses usually have more grain? Looks like you captured this guy out in the wilds, not in a zoo... nice timing! I think being 1000mm away from this guy still isn't far enough!
