Wow! I've always wanted to try this but never have. Amazing results! I have a picture of this bakery in my kitchen from when I visited there a couple of summers ago.(But it's not as cool as this one) And it's on Prince street in Soho. Sweetest little man bakes there...or did. Okay, probably more info then you wanted to know but great picture anyway! Cheers and welcome.

interesting image,
looks like an open eye i'm looking through.
that and i get all excited
whenever i see vesuvio or vesuvios,
reminded me of the beatnik bar vesuvious in san fran,
right at kerouac street.
