Lovely image, I think that you chose just the right toning for the image. The dilapidated fire escape metalwork look like bones. It gives the image a strangely organic quality.

The toning suits the feel here perfectly, sort of inferno like. The crop is perhaps a bit messy at the corners, but its hard to say what to leve in and out in a shot like this. Given you shot a T90 I take it this was scanned - I notice the blacks are a little washed out - was that intentional? If not I'd darken them back to get close to 0.
