A ND Grad filter would have helped here to make the top half of this image not so blown out, balancing out the reflection and the tones of the actual hills. Looks like a beautiful location!~

Great shot I particulary like the layers that make up the image. The lake itself has a cool serene feel to it. The colours and composition are great. Slightly burnt out sky but that can be easily be put right with Photoshop.
