Really mind bending. What I see in this picture is a person standing in a dimly lit hotel hallway on New Years eve, drunk and alone, peering into an orange bag. You've canted the camera, not held your camera still and gave it a humorous title. Those lights off to the right are probably from the hotel sign reflecting into a window from outside.
Or.... it could be somebody sledding. I really need more coffee right now, excuse me. :)
