About Watercolor effect achieved with smart-blur filter in PS.

Over the next week or so I will be posting a number of photo-to-watercolor images as part of a series to get opinions about a possible calendar. Just an idea for now. I like this affect so bear with me...

Robert,

If you are interested in this sort of thing why not try the Buzz plugin? You can get some very unusual effect with it without loosing the idea of the shot, nor the original edges.

Richard, never heard of the Buzz plugin. What does it do? Will it work with PS Elements 2.0? (Don't have/use the full version of PS. Perhaps later this year). As for losing the edges, that the look I trying to achive. I like the soft texture of a watercolor painting and this series is an effort to capture that look. I'm curious about that Buzz plugin now...

Robert, I like the effect you have achieved here.....colors are great, as is the scene, timing, technique, etc.
