Rachel nice recent work in your portfolio, but I'm going to comment on this one in particular. First I like this perspective you chose. I'm going to add the further interest of the wooden floor "texture" adding to the value. Tonal quality nice and softness is noted too. Like that you kept attire simple, but with a little twist in the socks. I feel what would make this already very strong shot, EVEN stronger is to slightly crop down the top of photo, bit closer to his head, not too much...I call this the "mumbo jumbo" ;) Well done my friend. 7's on rate for you! I notice that most of your photographs are taken from the child's level, this being a very notable exception. Was this something you decided in advance of pulling out the camera, or just the way the picture worked out? Very strong image, I thought.
