About The Souq in Marrakesh is a maze of livelyhood, shops and alleys. Easy to get lost in, but even easier to smell, taste and feel the Moroccan life.

This definitely has a textural feel that involves the senses. I like the darkness of this it makes us seek the color and movement and it brings us in deeper like a maze...

Excelent framing. While the bright lines at the bottom catch one's attention, the ones on top then pull you towards the back of the photo creating great depth. Very nice effect.

The shadows are fantastic!

very good for a 100 ISO handhold (...but digital, now I read).

In such amagic place, I'd like to see some more details, just details.

Fantastic. great light and shadow. I have enjoyed looking through your work. I saw the ones from Iran and the UN planes. Just curious, but do you work for the UN?

Hugo de Wolf   {K:184981} 4/2/2004
Hi Beth, I don't work for the UN, but I had the chance to tag along with te UN for a while, and in return I made a few reportages for them about their work in Bam and the work of the World Food Programme in Iran. Thanks for your comments! I appreciate them!
