We had goats when I was a child, in fact I grew up drinking goat's milk (Heidi anyone?) And they are whimsical and charming creatures very human and very cat-like. This is a spectacular composition using both diagonals and giving us three focal points in the frame. The movment from the point of the tree/shadow out to the corners and the placement of the goats in those corners is brilliang (and I imagine slightly lucky - getting the one walking away along the trajectory of the shadow). Surprisingly good detail as I can even see the texture of the goat's hair.
This may be one of your best 'concrete' images I have seen.
