About Was actually shooting something else on this fabric...when I saw the shadow from my camera's power cord and decided I liked it better than what I was shooting.

Barry, Worked out cool! Funny how things just happen like that, sort of like "Hey you got your chocolate in my peanut butter" Thus the peanutbutter cup! Gr8 Stuff Barry!

Kostas Tzanetos   {K:22122} 1/21/2004
hello Barry,
the idea you had was good and the result is also very interesting, but not as impressive as many of your other photographs,in my opinion.
"You have such an obsessed eye,Barry, with patterns,details,lines..." these were my words in a comment I made to you last July, and I still believe you have a special photographic 'eye',my friend ;-)
best regards,Kostas

What a simple yet complex abstract. Wonderful detail and shadow. A nice surprise.

Well seen and beautifully captured, Barry
You have a great eye.
This is a fantastic abstract. The soft curves of the grey/black shadow on a background of straight lines look very nice.
I like the texture of the fabric too. Somehow this looks like the photo of a flag. (An idea for your "Paper Country" flag? You could call it "Curves & Stripes" - sorry Barry, some photos just give me silly ideas)
I like this one a lot. It's absolutely a superb shot!
Thanks for sharing
