Nice shot- interesting how the tones in the reflection are warmer and look more 'real' than the actual building.
Too bad about forgetting the wide-angle- the top of the building with some sky on top and open water on bottom would have made for an even stronger composition- I hate it when I forget the piece of gear I need the most.

Günter, This detail is very good! Maybe even better, and definately more intreguing than a wide angle shot of the whole castle; What a superbly clear and sharp reflection. The shadows and tones are very nice and warm; Well done, my compliments!

I agree with David Y... somehow the water worked like a kind of filter, making the light softer.

Oh my God! PERFECT reflection. Pity about the cropping however I am sure that you cannod be in longer distance all the building be in the reflect and at the same time the building itself in the photo. Beautiful! 100% mirror quality!

Stunning reflections! They are almost as clear as the object itself.I like the castle a lot. It's only a shame that you din'd capture the top part of it. Í believe that the most interesting details are on top of the castle and it would look much better if you had photographed it all.
Nevertheless, a great shot, awesome colours and excellent lighting
