Neat perspective. I have mixed feelings about the bridge being centered. I do know that it's tough to get a good Golden Gate Bridge shot, but ideally it would be nice to find ideal lines leading to or from the bridge. The shadows on and from the bridge are really nice. Great detail!

I disagree with Jim on the last comment because I think that the centering of the bridge works well for this shot. This is a good shot overall but I do have a pretty good suggestion. It looks like you are going for a symmetry shot where the bridge is the center of attention. You are so close except that the farther tower on the bridge is just a little off and it asn't lined up equally within the first tower. I think that you need to go back and take two steps to the right and re-shoot for a perfect picture. Maybe try it at night too if you live close. A bulb exposure would look really cool with red lights on the right and white lights on the left, especially if the towers are lit...

Amazing view! So beautiful composition and great combination of colours! Wonderful depth as well, with nice interest in foreground, main, and background!

Alan --

This is another amazing shot! I love the vibrant colors. There are so many wonderful places for photography in the Bay Area when the fog is out to sea. (It can be pretty amazing with the fog at times too!)

I like both the bridge shots Alan, but it would be nice to have a bit of info on your shots. It looks like the golden gate bridge, but not the usual angles used, which is good,
Margaret
