This is a cute photo. I like the color of the flower on the black and white. Seeing my portfolio will enlighten you to my bias. One are to refine this.... I'd smooth the edges of the flower with a blur tool. As is it looks sharply cut out.

this is extremely beautiful. may I suggest something though. this photo is way way beautiful, but the flower in my opinion is a bit to bright. maybe just tone down the redness in the flower a bit to give it more of softer feel to the photo. what a capture here.
