Have you tried shooting it when there's still a little color in the sky? Just curious ...

IMO,a little colour in the sky would have added to the quality of the image.

Yes I think it would look a bit better with some color in the sky. Perhaps if I would have exposed it longer, except I didn't want to the colors to bleed. I go jogging across the street (at the fieldhouse where the photo was taken) just about every night so I decided to take a picture while I was at it, I liked the lights in the middle of nothign but dark... I'll have to take a shot during dusk next time, thanks for the comments!
