Nice composition..good lines..B&W works well with this shot...thanks for your comments on my "Not a happy camper", not so brave...400mm gave me a good 20 feet. Regards, Bill C.

Rebecca, I like this picture, the scene comes together well because each element looks old. It's a good perspective and the lines of the building don't converge much which is nice. What is that object behind the lamp post? a sculpture?

Rebecca Raybon   {K:26655} 1/29/2004
Thanks. And yes, Robert, it's a metal scukpture of a huge grasshopper across the street from a childrens center. I love the old downtown area here.

it is like something out of the 30's. I like the vertical rails with the vetical windows makes for a nice pic...roger

Great lines and shapes Rebecca. All of the patterns in this shot take it from being something normal to something interesting...

Tom Ross   {K:6462} 2/3/2004
This is a nice architecture shot. Good choice to use B&W.

Jimmy Payne   {K:21163} 2/4/2004
Excellent b&w with great perspective. The black metal fence stepping up the hill really make this picture.
