It is a complex image but it works if you are willing to enter and take some time with it. I like the clinical feel of your edits, the strong edges around people have good symbolic value too. The red details in the upper left confuse me a little, but that too seems appropriate. Cheers - S.

as complex as it might appear, it is an original photo just colore changed and shifted. no other manipulation. the rest is imagination and personal ideas.
