About This is another in my Dropplet series,I used a piece of glass , some rainX and a box to make some interesting images.I placed a rose in the box.I put the glass on top,and put water dropletts on the glass, then focused on the drops here are the results.I like the colors on this one.

amazing !!!
one day I'll try your technique...

Adam E. J. Squier   {K:9803} 2/2/2004
I love the technique. Do you mind if I copy it sometime? This reminds me of another image on this site (somewhere) of a portrait shot through a window screen that's been sprayed with water. Maybe that's yours, too. I didn't bother to search for it.

Nice job getting rid of distracting reflections (while keeping good ones). Did you shoot this in a light tent, or did you use another method for the reflections?

I like these effects Dan particulary this one with the lovely pink rose. I've never tried anything like this so is the box a lightbox where whatever you put in is backlit and shines on the glass? The water droplets act as lenses focusing the light from the box? What is rainX? Sorry for all the questions but I'm very interested.
Regards,
Graham.

Repetitive patterns are always fun for the eye. I really don't know why...but it's true. Using water drops like this really makes for quite an interesting photo.
