All that is needed is some white posterboard on the floor beneath her - or in front of her to reflect some of that wonderful light up and display that great sweet expression on her face...

I thought the face needed more like also, but after looking at the image for awhile, I like the lighting. The anonymity of the little girl is what works for me. The image still is a "Girl in a Hat". Well done.
