Too bad you couldn't have had a higher angle to save yourself the losing of his head against the skyline...

A wedding photo with a difference. You've got from your humble Holga an image that would put a few professionals to shame.I like the way their love brings warmth to a rather bleak landscape. The toning is very effectivetoo.

Pedro Libório   {K:53855} 2/5/2004
lovely done!

Alex Le Guerrier   {K:35} 2/5/2004
I like the legit happiness shown in this time-honored wedding shot. The subjects seem unaware of the camera, which is hard to accomplish. The decision to leave a large sky gives it an air of possibility, a metaphorical horizon.
It?s a classy shot of a classic scene, taken with a plastic art camera to boot! Kudos, true memorable moment in time perceptively captured.

Hi Terry, thank you for the comment. No, I did not make a pinhole by myself. I am not so talented in these things :) Holga wedding it's nice, beautiful nature around there.

Simply superb. While not "technically perfect" you rendered the emotion and love so very, very well. Excellent work.

Wow Terry. Who would have ever thought to shoot a wedding scene with a Holga? Great result!

Terry Ward   {K:-929} 3/5/2004
This is great. Your Holga doesn't have the dark edges as mine. The wonder character is there though.
I do my first studio shots of my new grandson tomorrow. Again great Holga shot.

Jostein Moene   {K:264} 4/3/2004
Hi. This is a very nice image. Its great when people get married. The black and white is fine in t his shot. Tones are good. I would prefer a higher camera stand so the geads of the nice couple didn`t break the horizon line :-) regards Jostein

It's shot really well, and toned nicely. Its not like Holga picture, and yet it is with the soft coners of the picture. it's well exposed all over. Very nice.
Bravo~
