Love the color combination- unique, but I find very pleasing. Excellent work.

Hee.. nice idea.. and well done. Weird reflection though.. There's more metal in the reflection than in the original..;)

Thanks for the comments, everyone. I realized after uploading it that I forgot to convert the color space from Adobe RGB to sRGB, which washed out the colors a little bit when displayed on the web. So, I am uploading the sRGB version as a comparison. It "should" darken and brighten the colors a little bit.

The reflection is really a "double reflection", due to the thickness of the glass in the mirror, which is why there is more metal in the reflection than the original. It's a fun technique to play with, and something to do when it's cold and gray outside. Lou

I think I prefer the un-converted version, colours are just the way the have to be IMO.
Very original, simple but effective. Like it a lot!

The humor of the well worn pushpins is not lost on me here. You elevated them to a stunning degree. Glad you found the fun in Feeding Frenzy. Cheers, Leora.

Your portfolio is filled with every day objects that you concentrate on to present in a good photo. This is a good example. I like it.

Dave
