About this photo was another in the when mums not home series...it entailed the participant jumping up and down and me shooting until it was just right..

(poor them happy me)

:)
as i said true friends jump in the name of art.

i did a gradient shift as well as history at certain areas with a very low opacity ...

other than the colour no ps was used.
thanks.
:)

awsome image,

Stefan Engström   {K:24473} 2/10/2004
When I say jump, jump! - how satisfying isn't that :-) Things look haphazard but I suspect they are not. Not the best angle to show that he is airborne, but there is no doubt once you try to line up the shadows. The gritty tones sort of glues all this together.

Roy Vanover   {K:13762} 2/10/2004

Sandy,

there is something so funny about these shots - something that feels like mannequins or puppets - as if they are not so much in control (in more ways than the obvious), when Mom is not home...I think I like this one the best. (Although) I don't remember the second well.

Antonio Trincone   {K:23167} 2/11/2004
LOL, I remember the first one about this series, very nice idea and fantasy

B:)liana    {K:30945} 2/11/2004

The figure has a curious and nice look, he seems a character of the cartoons, just make me laugh imaging him jumping up and down and smiling all the time :) I like the tones and the softness, it increases the sensation that this is only a dream.

Jan Symank   {K:15755} 2/11/2004
You have always most original ideas !
Very creative and no rules : I like that
Bravo and regards from Jan

Robin McAulay   {K:8908} 2/11/2004
space dancing oh yeah!

really funny - the angle make the whole shot look very strange like the room is moving .. not him i'm off to jump around a bit ;)

Barry Walthall   {K:5386} 2/11/2004
