About Taken at the Signoria at Florence. It was good to see among so much stauary three flesh -and -blood individuals. Two were looking to the right and the other was watching me. The finger of the statue behind her seemed to be singling her out for attention

stone - live people - can make an interesting contrast - this certainly does. Seems a little different from your usual composition....which is not to say that it is not a strong one. it is. regards.

the one in the left looking to you it would result also great alone...
regards.

I like the group here as the "chosen one" is the one with attention to the camera. Nicely exposed and well composed overall.

I like this kind of photojournalism, this accidentally produced geometry. In this photo the direction of their look is having an unusual effect, the depth seems different in the right.

Dave M   {K:9043} 2/12/2004
This is outstanding.

Andre Fersen   {K:1679} 2/13/2004
Not my favourite - seems to lack a clearly visible reason for me to look.

Lisa Speck   {K:340} 4/23/2004
another great photo with that "timeles" quality
