Beautiful colors in the parrot, The shadows on the wall should be worked on , Maybe you could change the angle of the shot or move the cage further from the wall,over all I like the idea , you have good sharpness and DOF

I don't know how they are called in English, but I know this most beautiful southamerican parakeet race ... this one is definitly one of the most beautiful I ever saw of them.

Charlie is thinking he is pretty hot right now...lol..We have two parrotts too... A goffin cockatoo...named GabbyBird...and a Dusky Conour who is named Ruffles.... We sure do not let them out as much as we did when we lived where it was warmer... but they are happy... and vocalize often !!! =)) Lori,,, thank you for such nice comments on my stuff... I like to play with it all...

I'll bet your cat would be 'close' friends with the bird. Although my bird is so aggresive at times, he would most likely take on the cat!
He talks a bunch, and Blue Headed Pionus bird aren't know for being hugh talkers, they also are known for being quiet and mellow, he is none of these. He talks in phrases rather than just one or two words at a time. Amazing!
