I see this flag flying everyday and wonder if the property owners are trying to make a political statement, or if they're just too cheap to replace it. It could be said that it's a statement of the condition of our country, and you could make that a positive statement or a negative one. I'm not trying to make a statement either way, just presenting the photo. Regards.
