About This image was created entirely in camera with very slight PS tweeking. Obsessive logging and wasteful destruction is away of life where I live. All of this to feed our insatiable hunger for junk mail and excessive packaging. Is it necessary?

Hi Bill
This is a very impressive documentation of our consumer society. What it shows should be a critical impulse for each of us to think over our consum conduct. I like the soft application of ps. Very good shot. Well done. Hope to see more of your pictures soon!
Thanks for your very kind comments on my pictures. Greetings, Brigitte

You're right Bill, it isn't necessary!! Good use of the polarizing filter on this one! Yep...the photograph speaks volumes! Great composition and I like your tones.

Lori :)

Thank you for your comment on my "Anamona coronata, single". I had to use the special filter, otherwise the background would have been even busier.
I like the sepia-like color of your beautiful foto, above.
Regards,
Rafi Springmann.

Your statement has been captured perfectly. Great detail. No it isn't necessary as we continue to move forward in a wasteful society. Ok, enough preaching from me. We can now see the forest for the trees have been cut down.

Murat Tanriover   {K:8387} 3/8/2004
Excellent shot. As I was going through your portfolio, I have seen this and fell in love with. Reminds me the days I spent in Gambia last year. So much alike athmosphere.

Very moving and excellent photo. I love art which causes us to think about the world around us..which is not separate but is a part of us!
