Great capture. It is a little bit messy with all the different diagonals, a simpler composition might be better.. The framing by the vertical-outoffocus veeds are great..

what an exceptional find. great light, perfect colour management and usual sharpness and composition. you probably would have loved to keep the reet out of the frame, but that is a minor item. very good work indeed!

Love the DOF - love the reeds (all three) placed where they are - almost like looking at this little scenario between blinds - The depression in the ice is a wonderful place for the feather and I like that you got the reflection in the ice...the only slight hitch for me is that a bit of the detail in the feather may be lost but it is only a slight hitch...

Beautiful found image,the crisscross pattern of the reeds,and the colour is CORGEOUS that beautiful steely blue the framing and square format work perfectly with the image.Well done.
