About My son Alex and I. I don't know where he got such a cocky attitude. We didn't look so happy during the next several days, when we hiked from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon to the bottom, and up to the top of the South Rim. It kicked our ass.

George Marks   {K:13771} 3/4/2004
Well Brad, I'm glad you found the time in your life to do something so "grand," and to share it with your son is priceless. He'll treasure this experience for the rest of his life. Knowing this little bit about you adds a considerable measure of understanding your photographs. Thanks for sharing this, with us and with your son.

Randy Lorance   {K:24958} 3/4/2004
Beautiful scene, too bad those two fools got in your picture. What...that's you and your son?.... Ahhh....Great portrait of you and your son of quality time spent together in the great outdoors! :) .......Randy

MaryBell    {K:32791} 3/4/2004
I can't imagine where he could have possibly got that attitude, certainly not from the old man! ;)

nice sunset tones...

Rhonda Prince   {K:17663} 3/4/2004
Told you I'd be back to harrass you! :) Great picture but I thought the Grand Canyon was one of those places that would have a sign up saying: No shirts, No shoes, No service!

Bradley Prue   {K:30312} 3/4/2004
Rhonda, I made sure no one was watching.
Mary, You're right, the old man is verrry cocky.
Randy, FOOLS is the key word....if you only knew.
Biliana, for a buck-fifty, the rest comes off.
Thank you, friends ...Brad

LOL..they say the apple don't fall far from the tree....LOL...Great shot of you and your son and I think its treasured time you have spent together getting your "asses kicked" by hiking.. LOL...We use to go to Yosmite in California and hike up to the falls I can recall not being able to move well myself the following day or two...lol..Nice to see you and your son...well done!!! Oh...and don't be so cheap... ask 2.00 for the rest of the show...lol

P. Christine Skinner   {K:27338} 3/10/2004
Great pic. You do not have to have your arms around each other to understand the bond, it is well spoken by your smiles and stance. A photo for fine memories in the years to come.

Dina Marie   {K:9657} 3/15/2004
as a side note to P. Christine's comment, fathers and sons of this age do not normally have their arms around eachother... the body language speaks for itself :)

Hi George, I'm not crazy about the changes at Usefilm, but I guess one thing that I do like is the ability to respond to someone more directly (at least I assume that this is a direct response to you!). I appreciate your thoughtful words. You are more considerate of "the people behind the lens" than most. You are right, I am very lucky to have the good fortune to visit such a wonderful place, and share the experience with my son. I have noticed in your more recent photo's, a more varied palette. Most of your offerings used to have an "industrial" flavor (which I appreciate, being involved with blue collar industry for 25 years), but lately you are offering a wider "buffet" for us. I really like your perspective on things, your photographs, and mostly, your intuitive nature. Many thanks, George!

Paula Goddard   {K:8492} 4/2/2004
Hahahaha! Cocky indeed! :-)

Rawabi Al-Nuaimi   {K:15659} 6/16/2004
he he.. like father like son..! :P

btw are you a Leo by any chance?

Bradley Prue   {K:30312} 6/16/2004
Capricorn.....sorry. But c'mon!!! you don't believe in that stuff, do you??? It's all in what attitude YOU bring to the table each day . . attitude is a choice. Thanks for all of your comments...very cool.

Timothy Schirmer   {K:7183} 8/18/2004
Try rafting it next time. We did it with Western River. It was awesome. You white water raft for 6 days and you also get to hike up to water falls for a couple hours every day. Amazing trip.
