Your sepia toning and the lighting give this an "old photo" feel. The subtle use of colour draws me into this picture to explore. Very well done with a nice feel.

Cheers - Bill

Are they children on the boat? Great shot, photojournalistic & cultural presentation. Keep up the good work!
P.S.: For scientific names (recommended by many as "the way of presenting wildlife & nature pictures") do google search with common names and field guides. Taxonomy interest will get you anything.

Is it not tilting just a tiny little bit to much to left? Hard to tell... I got that impression first, but then I look harder and I'm not sure I'm right. Anyway, I love this photo! It's so original, so nice and interesting mood, and really wonderful colour tones and reflections!

Nice shot. More or less it looks like sepia tone so if you convert this in to sepia, you may get more out of the image. Nonethless, very impressive image.

Thanks for your comments.

Hi Bikramadittya,

I looked at this image and thought that it was really beautiful, but that it looked a little bit flat colorwise. So I tried adjusting it in PS (I hope you don't mind). I changed curves and levels separately on the water and sky trying to bring out the water highlights and the clouds in the sky. The difference is very slight, but I think I like it more. What do you think? I think doing the whole image in sepia might work also.

best,
Gaja
