I also like the tonality. To me, the lower part that reveals a lot of detail on the ground, and the catch of light among the tree trunks is the best. Over the tree tops, the sky is blown out. Perhaps have you done a horizontal shot of the same scenery, or else, if the size of the original file allows, you could try a different crop ?
