I am sorry; yes this is the result of a bit of time in Photoshop. Each item was shot separately, the people, the standing book, and the lying book. The book that Cinderella is kneeling on had the title added to both the top and the spine (the original was something about Shakespeare's collection). Cinderella's shadow was added and lastly the trees (darkened) were also separate. The 2 pieces of hand drawn art work on the book pages were scanned and added and the text on the pages were added as well. This entire image is a big jigsaw puzzle.
