brian, very nice! how'd you manage to get on base? btw, i worked on the network backbone for this carrier. that was fun ;^)
great shot of the superstructure. isolating it conveys it's massive size very well. i wish it was a bit sharper, though.

This was the USS Reagan's Commissioning Day. There were about 30,000 people there and VP Chaney gave the keynote speach. It was a tuff day for me as I have bad knees and I had to walk miles!!!
