Well composed and definitely very moody photo. The barely-visible wall to the right, and the rafters above the window keep the window from just 'floating in space' by giving it some context. Definitely conveys the sense of desolation!

Thank you Rebecca for your comment, having and meeting friends is the best thing on the world! I was attracted by this strong B&W, it really gives me a sense of desolation, I like its visual and graphical impact, what do you think to increase a bit the contrast? in my opinion it would be even better.
