Cool effect. Liquify is FUN! I like the distortion of the face and with the desaturated colours too. Perhaps a bit too tight a crop from top to bottom, but still a good creative effort!

I like your use of this effect on your images. I'm not convinced this particular finished item really appeals to me but I do like the use of effects.
