Excellent, sharp portrait.

Unfortunately the background is distracting, in my opinion - it should be farther out of focus.

There may have been an opportunity to move the subject slightly, but maybe there wasn't.

Anyway, it still is a nice image.

Excellent composition and tonality, though I agree with the comments about blurring the background further - it would enhance an already successful photo. Here is an opportunity to experiment a bit in PS.
