The tilt works well to add "movement" to this image even with the motion blur.

I think you could take that hair light down 2-3 stops though. Cover up the hot spot and it becomes a different (better) portrait IMO. It's just too dark in that corner for that much over-exposure. It's not TOO dark in that corner for the photo, just too dark for the level of light coming from the hairlight which now takes some attention away from your subjects face. In a hi-key shot it wouldn't be a problem and would more or less blend in.

I'm not sure I explained all that very well...but you have a nice, energetic portrait of this lovely fiddler.
