I've been looking at al the photos in your portfolio cause I was quite certain I had seen this image before and even commented on it. I couldn't find it and it's very strange! I know I was impressed by the vivid colours of the canoe's
Did you post this photo before and then deleted it?
Anyway. I love this one. Great idea of desaturating the landscape and leave the boats in color. Superb composition and light

Beautiful like always the "design" of the composition...lines, curves and contrasts. original the idea to color the canoes: it has an artistic touch in more. Help!!!..my English is very bad! Congrats: you photographer...King of the lines and the contrasts.

I used the history brush in ps. I think there is other ways but this is the way I do it. I get a color photograph and then make it b/w. I do it by monochrome with color adjustment but there are other ways to make it back and white. Then I use the history brush and paint back the color.
