About I was on a silent retreat in Door County, Wisconsin. One evening while walking I spotted the horse which roamed the grounds freely standing in its' stall. When I came back with my tripod and camera it was gone. I waited quite a while and then, it returned.
The exposures listed are not correct. Slight exposure adjustment made in PS.

The horse would move in and out of the barn and the area at will. At one point, while I was shooting, it came out to the fence to check me out. I was not happy as I was not sure I had a good exposure. Turns out I did.

Most of the animals on the grounds are free to roam the grounds of the retreat center as they wish.

Ah.. One of the great things one can learn spending three days in silence is patience. A handy thing in photography...
