About The latest in my plasma series. As with a couple of the others, I've duplicated and rotated a layer to produce this more balanced effect. Not many more to go now!

Thanks, as always, for viewing and commenting.

Excellent capture Daniel - I took a few the other day but will wait a year or so before uploading lol (they are nowhere near as good as yours !!!!)

Hi Stephen. I'd be interested in seeing yours anyway. Though it's only 'enhancements', Photoshop has been an integral part of the finished results. You mentioned problems with focussing before, the way I did it was by manual focussing on the edge of the centre ball. Feel free to contact me about it or even email me a copy of one of yours to see what we can do. I'm not an expert though - it was only an experiment for me too!

Regards.

Hi Daniel - I love this series - I've used plasmas for exhibitions but I never thought to photograph them. Don't think I would have got such great results anyway! Very creative and fantastic colours. I think no 2 is also my fave - not sure for the same reasons as previous commenter tho! Cheers, Joanna

I've added this to my favourites. Very relaxing image. It has a subtle beauty.
