About These sheds are made from the upturned hulls of ancient fishing boats and are a prominent feature of Lindisfarne (Holy Island), just off the coast of Northumberland, England. You can see Lindisfarne castle in the background.

This is something I would hang on my wall. Thanks for the extra information, very interesting. I would like to go and visit this place sometime...

Hy Barry, Very peculiar shapes, fitting the function...;) the broad lower part enhance the perspective beautifully. Very good shot, the open door adds just that touch of tension this one needs! The atmosphere, induced by the warm tones is very complementing with the rigid structure of the castle in the background. Very well done, I like this one alot.

Cheers,

Hugo

Marvelous tones and textures. Excellent perspective. You have a magnificent portfolio. I'll be looking forward to seeing more and more of your images, and to learn from them.
