about your photo, great shot! the dog has so much expression in his face. he really does look like he's laughing. about mine, i hope that you're right about hitting rock bottom and not only did i print it, i printed an oversized one and posted at my school. thankyou for your concern

Thank you everyone for your comments. I have to admit that even though I live with this dog, I break out into a smile everytime I see this photo. It was really quite by accident that it turned out like this. I was trying to get a photo of his dirty face. When I saw the shot on my digital camera I thought to myself "Darn, he closed his eyes." and took some other shots. When I transfered it to my computer I saw the real shot.
I don't know if you read the other photo with him that I posted, but this dog was on "Death Row" at the Humain Society. He was back for his third time. The first time he was found on the street, then went to a couple who decided that the husband spent too much time with the dog so it was the dog or her, (Silly man got rid of the dog) and then an elderly woman, he is too much puppy for someone older.
So, he - and we - have much to be happy for!

What a fantastic shot Timothy and an even better story! Well done you for saving this crazy looking pup! Mine was a rescue from death row, too. Never had a better dog.
