About This is an Emerald Spreadwing damselfly. My objective is to show this damsel in an artistic rather than documentary way. Thus I am not concerned with total DOF.

The way you captured this amazing little insect reminds me of a ballerina making a pirouette, so the title is very appropriate. I like a lot the softness of this image and the glow in the delicate tranparent wings. The diagonal composition is superb, as well as the selective focus and DOF. If you wanted to show us some art in, your objective was perfectly reached.
Wonderful macro shot, Bill
