I was standing back taking shots of the entire crew when I saw the look on this firefighters face. I moved in for a closer shot.
This is a female firefighter recruit working on the 35' ladder raise evolution. She did a great job.

Nice action shot, even if it was just training. You can really 'feel her pain', so to speak, and I personally can sympathize (EMT/Firefighter myself). Nice to see a comrade with a camera.
