Hi Paul. Thank you for the kind words. No, I didn't tone the horse to match the color of the ground. Just a lucky coincidence. This scene was so rich it was begging to be photographed. The horse was very patient while I got the exposure and shot right!!

Lou, this is absolutely gorgeous! The lines and angles formed by the fencing are wonderful - they lead you all over the image, but in an orderly way, taking in all the details as you go... The horse is beautifully framed by the fences and it's positioning in the composition. Outstanding!

I really like this one of yours, i laughed when i read the bit about the therapy :) The photo reminds me of "The Horse Whisperer" - a great film.
