Thanks for the feedback, all very encouraging.

I think you could call this a purely opportunistic photo as it was with my little dinky Canon Ixus held right up to the flowers - using the LCD screen as there was no way I could get my head to the view finder!!

aLSO, 20 SEONCds later my bus came so If I had the tripod nout I'd have been late for work!!

Cameras.... never laeve home with out at least one!!
