Hi Beverly,
This is WONDERFUL! And what a perfect title! You always come up with great titles, BTW.
Love the composition on this photograph with
the dark center off to the right!
Incredibly SHARP drops!

Very nice work,
Lori :)

Lovely. Are you familar with this photographer's photos within dewdrops?

There are a number of photographers out there who specialize in dewdrop photography, I find it fascinating. If you have a minute, email me at betsyhern@yahoo.com, I'd like to run something by you.

After looking at this for some time I finally realized that the flower's (sunflower?) center is off to the right, very nice. Abstract but also a great floral.

Are you familiar with the photographers out there who specialize in "dewdrop" photography?

Here's a spectacular one:

I have some others I will look up and send you if you email me at betsyhern@yahoo.com

I also have something else I'd like to run by you.

Well, I can't seem to get the hang of this new commenting setup. Seems the comments go into some kind of waiting area and take some time to show up. I commented twice because the first one didn't show up. Now you'll probably get 2, or maybe even 3 comments from me. Anyway, I still really like this.

Comment 1 and 2 didn't show up. Email me, if you can.

Beverly, you have posted three stunning images at the same day, each competing for top honours! Well done!
This is extremely beautiful, the reflection in the drops are stunning - this one went straight to my favs.
Congratulations.

Wow - amazing macro shot, Beverly! I love how the center of the sunflower is shown clearly through the droplets, and also in a soft, subtle view at right. Your skill and creative use of the DOF are enviable. Just beautiful!

Don Loseke   {K:32503} 5/1/2004
Wow, this is impressive. Great diagonal composition and the beautiful colors make this an excellent picture. Don.

Wonderful, Beverly! I love the crystal clear drops that hang from the petal. One of the most appealing aspects of this image is how you have balanced the sharp elements of the drops and the petal edge with the softer elements such as the flower center in the background.

Looks like you got a lot of great shots at Epcot. I also love the children playing in the fountain.

Bill Morgenstern   {K:7124} 5/7/2004
Beverly - This is a top notch macro. I really like your choice of subject, and the amazing clarity you captured in the dew drops on this petal. It is easy to get lost in this image.

Cheers - Bill
