About This is the imaginitively named Bluebell Wood. I've had family keeping a watch on the place for me and as a result, managed to time my visit at the flowers' peak. It's only a small wood but when it's covered with this blue carpet, it's truly stunning. I hope you like it.

A strong composition and a scene worth waiting for but it doesn't quite work for me.I've been sitting here for a while now wondering what's missing-for me. Maybe it's because the colour blue is too dominant and I think it's cropped or framed a bit too tightly,I'd like to have seen more of the trees, maybe a lower angle and a vertical format would have worked well.My wife loves the picture,by the way.Regards Tony.

Thanks very much for your comments. Tony - stay tuned, there's more to come from this location throughout the next week or so including some verticals.

Thanks again.
