yoshi, this is a very interesting image. i like the subject, perspective and composition. however, i have a feeling that it would look much stronger at dusk. picture a reddish/purplish sky with the lights on in the houses.
btw, i never left the desert :^) juts switched to non-desert specific photos for a (very) short while. i'm headed out to LA next week, though. are you going to be around? i'm not sure how much free time i'll have (business trip) but you never know.

You're right Tom - it would look better at sunset - I think most of California does, really..... that's what makes us keep coming here, eh?
